I was a little nervous at first to try working out with weights because I’d never done it before. When I first started, I liked the way I felt when I finished working out and now I even enjoy exercising. I also feel better and feel stronger now more than ever. In fact, I went on a family ski trip recently and skied all 5 days. 25 years ago I could barely get up off the couch after 1 day of skiing. I was so surprised how much better I felt at 52 than I did at 27. I get so many compliments now about how good I look, I would recommend Deb’s programs to anyone. It’s so worth it.
I really didn’t know what to expect, but I knew the goals I wanted to achieve and then I received a lot more than I had set out to accomplish. In addition to the anticipated weight loss, I am becoming stronger, I have more stamina and energy and my eating habits are naturally become healthier even though I had no original plan to change what I was eating. I’ve also noticed that my mental outlook has changed and is becoming more positive. When you’re feeling good about yourself, it’s much easier to look at life situations with a positive perspective.
